What is the standard turnaround time for custom print orders?
Most custom print orders are processed and ready for shipment within 3 to 5 business days. High-volume or specialized finishing requests may require additional production time.
Which file formats do you accept for uploaded designs?
We recommend uploading high-resolution PDF files for the best results. However, we also accept .JPG, .PNG, .TIFF, and .AI files, provided they meet our minimum 300 DPI requirement.
Do you offer international shipping?
Currently, we ship to all 50 U.S. states and select international locations. Shipping costs and delivery times vary based on the destination and the weight of the order.
Can I request a physical proof before my full order is printed?
Yes, we offer physical proofing for a nominal fee. Alternatively, we provide a free digital PDF proof for every order to ensure your layout and text are correct before we go to press.
What is your return policy for customized products?
Because custom products are made to your specific requirements, we cannot accept returns unless there is a manufacturing defect or printing error on our part. Please contact support within 14 days if you encounter an issue.
